We did not start as a local removal crew, and we did not evolve from a standard clearance business. Pro Auction Limited was built from day one on a foundation of asset valuation precision, blue-chip advisory frameworks, and institutional risk management.

Pro Auction Limited was incorporated on 1 March 2004 with a clear, disruptive thesis: the global luxury hospitality sector was losing tens of millions of pounds in trapped capital due to inefficient, uncoordinated property decommissioning. Traditional clearers treated asset extraction as a manual waste line, while legacy property agents viewed furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) as a structural burden.
Drawing on our directors’ foundational backgrounds within premier, blue-chip management consultancy firms, we engineered an entirely new approach. We injected corporate strategy, rigorous due diligence, and financial asset management principles into the physical decommissioning space.
By pairing senior project managers who possess extensive field experience with sophisticated commercial appraisal methodologies, we spent our formative years proving to institutional hotel boards that asset recovery could actively offset capital expenditure write-downs.

As our partnerships expanded across the world's leading brands, owners, and hotel groups, including The Savoy London, The Dorchester London, Accor Group, Fairmont, Four Seasons, ADIA, and Kempinski, the operational demands of our clients shifted.
